Barley and Bean Curd Dessert with Ginkgo

- 10g bean curd
- 50g barley
- 70g winter melon sugar
- 6pcs gingko
- 6pcs lotus seed
- 3pcs pandan leaves
- 2.0L hot boiling water

Directions:
- Pre-soak barley with hot boiling water for 2 hours.
- Pre-soak bean curd with hot boiling water for 5 mins. Cut into small pieces.
- Pre-heat food jar by pouring in hot boiling water. Close the lid and set it aside for 30 seconds.
- Add pre-soaked barley, bean curd, winter melon sugar, ginkgo, lotus seeds, pandan leaves. Pour in hot boiling water 80% full (till inner rim). Close the lid and set it aside for 30 mins.
