Warranty Information
Warranty coverage only applies to products sold by Thermos Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and authorised dealers based in Malaysia territory only. We will not provide any warranty for products sold via unauthorised channels.
The warranty period for various brands and products under normal use starts from the date of purchase as follows:

General Terms
The following conditions are NOT covered under warranty:
- Normal wear and tear, dents caused by usage, or ageing of materials.
- Damages caused by intentional misuse, improper use, or uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters.
- Accessories such as plastic and silicone are considered consumables and should be inspected annually under normal use. Any surface damages or irregularities are considered normal wear and tear. We recommend purchasing new accessories as replacements.
- The printing on our products is not permanent, and normal wear and tear or peeling of the printing due to regular use are not covered under warranty.
- Exterior scratches, paint peeling, or other damages caused by human factors that do not affect the product’s core functionality, such as insulation and cooking performance are not included in the warranty coverage.
- Damages to glass components, including breakage, are not included in the warranty coverage.
The validity of the THERMOS warranty is determined solely by Thermos Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. upon the final checking and verification of the product's condition. Please be aware that the warranty does not extend to cash exchanges or any form of monetary compensation.

- Register account / login to Official Thermos MY Store
- Go to My Account > Warranty tab > New Warranty
- Fill up the details and upload receipt image file
- Submit the form and wait for approval
Registration Step (Official Thermos MY Store)
- Register account / login to Official Thermos MY Store
- All the items ordered from Official Thermos MY Store will automatically register the warranty. To check the details, go to My Account > Warranty
What should I do if I’m unsure of my product model name?
- Product Model Name can be found at the bottom of the product.

What if I purchase before the 1st of Jan 2022?
The new warranty terms will apply to the registration date starting from Jan 1, 2022. For the customers who registered by Dec 31, 2021 will reserve the five years duration of the product warranty from date of purchase.
Warranty issued will be based on date of receipt registered.
What if I’m unable to upload receipt?
- You may try to convert the size of the image through the link here: Picresize.com
- If still unable to upload after conversion, kindly email to customerservice@thermos.com.my, with your receipt and let us know the issue encountered while uploading. We will solve it as soon as possible.
Terms and Conditions
- Applicable only for finished products. Spare part and accessories not included.
- Thermos warranty is subject to the condition of product upon final checking and verification at the sole discretion of Thermos Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
- Warranty is not valid for cash exchange of any kind.
