Is there an expiry date for THERMOS Reward Points?
No, THERMOS Reward Points do not expire. You can spend them anytime at your convenience.
Can I use the Reward Programme in other countries?
No. The Thermos Reward Programme is limited to thermos.com.my only.No, the THERMOS Reward Programme is limited to purchases made on THERMOS Malaysia Online Store (www.thermosmalaysia.com) only.
Is renewal required?
No, applying to the Rewards Programme is a one-time action that entitles you to lifetime membership with THERMOS Malaysia Online Store. No renewal is required.
Is it applicable to all products?
Yes, Reward Points are earned based on the net order value after discounts.
THERMOS Rewards Points Accumulation and Redemption
- Every RM1 spent will earn you 1 THERMOS Reward Point.
- Points accumulated at the time of purchase will be updated instantly.
- Points can be redeemed for THERMOS e-coupons.
- Every 20 points can be redeemed for RM1 off, with a maximum redemption cap of 1,000 points (equivalent to RM50 off).
- Redeemed coupons are not exchangeable for cash and are valid only at the THERMOS Official Online Store.
- Redemption privileges and conditions may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice at the sole discretion of Thermos Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
Is Thermos rewards points transferrable?
No. Thermos rewards points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
How can I check my Points balance and activity?
Launch the Loyalty Program app at the bottom left corner of the website. Log in to your account to view your points.
How do I update my personal particulars or contact preferences?

How long does it take for my membership to be activated?
Activation of membership is instant.
What happens to my Points if I return a product for a refund?
The Points earned from the original purchase will be deducted from your account.
How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your Rewards membership, please email us at customerservice@thermos.com.my.
Your personal details will be deleted from our system. Once your membership is cancelled, you will no longer be able to use your THERMOS Reward Points or enjoy the benefits and privileges of the programme.
Birthday Rewards Redemption
Members will receive 400 points (equivalent to RM20 off) on their actual birth date. Follow these steps to claim your birthday rewards:
- Tap on the “Rewards” floating button at the bottom left corner
- Go to “Ways to earn”
- Tap on “Edit Date” to enter your birth date. Make sure to key in the date at least one month in advance.
- Birthday points will be automatically reflected on the birth date registered in your account.
- If your birthday falls within the next 30 days after registration, points will be credited on your birthday in the following year.
- Credited birthday points do not expire.
