Directions:
- Soak udon noodles in warm water.
- Pre-heat food jar by pouring in hot boiling water. Close the lid and set it aside for 30 seconds.
- In a Food Jar, add chicken drumsticks pieces, shredded ginger, soy sauce and salt. Pour in hot boiling water 80% full (till inner rim). Close the lid and set it aside for 30 seconds. Drain water.
- Add udon noodles, pour in hot boiling water, close the lid and set it aside for 30 seconds. Drain water.
- Add shimeji mushrooms and curry stock (tiny bits), pour in hot boiling water to 80% full (till inner rim). Stir well, close the lid tightly and set it aside to cook for 15 minutes.
- Before serving, garnish with spring onions.
