Where can I engrave my bottle?
Engraving services are available on THERMOS Malaysia Official Online Store and selected physical stores.

What products can be engraved?
Engraving services are available only for new purchases of selected personalisable products made through the THERMOS Malaysia Official Online Store and selected retail stores.
Personalisable products may be varied subject to store location and stock availability.
Pre-owned products and non-THERMOS brand products are not eligible.
How does the personalisation work?
Personalised products are engraved using laser engraver which provides a permanent finish on your THERMOS product.
What can we personalise on the products?
Text engravings accept only English alphabet and numerical characters. Symbols and punctuation are not recommended. Icons engraving are available on a seasonal basis and limited time. Please refer to the Personalisation Design Guidelines.
How can I order customized THERMOS products for my company?
For businesses wishing to add their company name/logo, or to select other non-personalisable products, please send your enquiry to customerservice@thermos.com.my
