NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ADJUSTMENTS DUE TO WEBSITE UPDATES

Dear Valued Customers,

 

We have recently made updates to our website, and there are a few current system transitions in the midst of development. Meanwhile, please find the following temporary handling of services:

 1. Account Login
a. Customers who have registered accounts before 21st Aug 2024 –
(1) Kindly contact our Customer Service team and provide the email address of your account.
(2) THERMOS Malaysia will send an account activation invite to the email address provided.
(3) Please click 'Activate' in the email, and you will be redirected to a new page
(4) Key in your new password on the required field for the log in

b. Customers who have not registered accounts before 21st Aug 2024 – You may choose to sign up for an account by email, Google or Facebook.

 

2. Order History
a. Orders made before 21st Aug 2024 –
If you would like to review your order history, you can search your email inbox for previous order confirmation emails. If you cannot retrieve them, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We will gladly provide you with a digital copy.

b. Orders made after 21st Aug 2024 –
You will see your order history in My Account after you made a successful order.

 

3. Points Rewards
a. Points history before 21st Aug 2024 –
Points history is temporarily unavailable, and we expect the points to be reflected in your account within the next 14 working days.

b. Points earning after 21st Aug 2024 –
Earn points with every RM1 spent. Points will be reflected in the “Rewards” floating button at the bottom left corner.

 

4. Warranty Registration
a. Warranty registered before 21st Aug 2024 –
Warranty history is temporarily unavailable, and we expect the registered record to be reflected in your account within the next 14 working days. If you wish to claim for a product warranty, please contact our customer service team.

b. Warranty registration after 21st Aug 2024 -
i. Purchases made on THERMOS Official Online Store – Registration status will be automatically made and reflected in your account, for the products that you have purchased.
ii. Purchases made on other platforms – Manual registration required as below:

(1) Login/Register account
(2) Go to My account, “Register Warranty”
(3) Fill in the required fields and click submit

 

5. Birthday Rewards Redemption

Members can claim 400 points, equivalent to an RM20 off discount on their birthday. Follow these steps to claim your birthday rewards:

(1) Tap on the “Rewards” floating button at the bottom left corner
(2) Go to “Ways to earn”
(3) Tap on “Edit Date” to enter your birth date. Make sure to key in the date at least one month in advance.

Note: Points will be automatically reflected on the birthdate registered in your account. Points will not be rewarded for a birthday that is within the next 30 days. Instead, points will be rewarded on that date in the following year.
