By placing an engraving order, you agree to accept below terms and conditions.

You hereby grant Thermos Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (and our authorized agencies, if applicable) a transferable, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, copy, publish, distribute, transmit, and modify the content you submit to create a custom product. If the content includes the name or other persona rights of a person, you waive all privacy and publicity rights on behalf of yourself and the person whose name/initials/other persona rights are used in your submitted content and release any related legal claims you or that person may have concerned the submitted content.

• Engraving services are available exclusively for new purchases made through the THERMOS Malaysia Official Online Store and selected retail stores.
• Engraving services are only available for selected personalizable products.
• Pre-owned products and products that are not from THERMOS brand are not eligible.
• The engravings are permanent and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded after the request is processed.

• Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the delivery of engraving orders. Estimated delivery times may vary based on location and seasonal demand.
• Returns may be accepted if they conform to the Returns Policy upon inspection and approval. Customers must inform THERMOS Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the item; failure to do so will void the
exchange.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the submitted content. THERMOS is not responsible for errors in submissions.
• The engraving results may vary slightly depending on the material and finish of the product.
• Our website will show a preview of the product with the personalized content. This preview is an approximation. Due to differences in screen settings and variations in the engraving process, the actual product may not be
identical to the preview.

• Text engravings accept only English alphabet characters. Symbols and punctuation are not recommended.
• We will not accept orders for designs that include the following:

1. Anything that infringes the rights of others, including but not limited to
   • Names of celebrities, famous people or anything similar;
   • Unique names of companies, brands or anything similar;
   • Any content in which a third party holds ownership, such as copyright, design right, trademark right, personality right, portrait right, privacy right, or otherrights.
2. Prohibited contents
   • Illegal information.
   • Content that promotes politics, violence, obscenity, illegal activities, bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm.
   • Content that libels, slanders, or negatively impacts minors.
   • Content that violates public order, morals, or mocks illness or disease.

• Any other content deemed inappropriate by the Company.
• THERMOS will not be held responsible for any misuse or unauthorized resale of personalized engraved items.

If a product that qualifies for replacement under the Warranty Policy was personalized via THERMOS Malaysia, we will provide a personalized replacement (or a comparable replacement), if reasonably available and if
THERMOS Malaysia is still offering personalization services. For walk in-customers, is subject to a 14 working days collection or delivery service (fees borne by customer).
