Bolognese Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 200g minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 button mushrooms
  • 1 can tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ cup chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅓ teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch white pepper powder
  • 1 pinch dried oregano
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch hot pepper powder
  • 1 piece bay leave
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch minced parsley, for garnish
  • 200g spaghetti
  • (Ingredients for spaghetti) 20g salt

Bolognese Spaghetti

Serves: 4

Directions:
  1. Dice onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and button mushroom into small pieces and set aside.
  2. In a thermal cooker inner pot, add olive oil and brown onion and garlic, and then mix with minced meat. After that, add flour, red bell pepper, button mushroom, and tomato puree and stir well. Add chicken stock, Worcestershire sauce, all herbs and season with salt and pepper, cook for 20 minutes and set aside. Keep warm in the outer pot of thermal cooker.
  3. Pour 2 liter of water to another pot, bring to boil. Add some salt and spaghetti, cook for 10 minutes and transfer to plate.
  4. Top with the minced meat sauce, and sprinkle parsley and cheese, to serve.
