Directions:
- Dice onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and button mushroom into small pieces and set aside.
- In a thermal cooker inner pot, add olive oil and brown onion and garlic, and then mix with minced meat. After that, add flour, red bell pepper, button mushroom, and tomato puree and stir well. Add chicken stock, Worcestershire sauce, all herbs and season with salt and pepper, cook for 20 minutes and set aside. Keep warm in the outer pot of thermal cooker.
- Pour 2 liter of water to another pot, bring to boil. Add some salt and spaghetti, cook for 10 minutes and transfer to plate.
- Top with the minced meat sauce, and sprinkle parsley and cheese, to serve.
