Directions:
- Heat oil on medium-high heat in the THERMOS 28cm Ultra Deep Non-stick Frying Pan. Sauté the beef bacon until golden. Remove from pan and set aside, then wipe the pan clean with a kitchen towel.
- In the same pan, cook the instant noodles according to package instructions. Drain the water once the noodles are cooked and turn off the heat.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 to 4 egg yolks and freshly grated Parmesan cheese until well-combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Pour the egg yolk and cheese mixture over the drained and cooled noodles, stirring well to combine. Toss the pan to create a creamy sauce.
- Add the cooked bacon before tossing for 1 more minute, ensuring that the noodles are well-coated with sauce.
- Transfer to a serving dish. Top with finely chopped chives (optional), more freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and black pepper to taste.
