• Production & Delivery Time: Due to the custom nature of UV printing, please note that all personalized orders require a lead time of 21 working days from the date the order is placed before they are delivered.
• Digital Preview & Positioning Variance: The website preview serves as a digital approximation and a general guideline for placement. Due to screen calibration, the nature of UV ink, and the physical printing process, the actual position, colors, and texture of the printed design may have a slight offset or differ slightly from the on-screen mockup. Exact Pantone (PMS) color matching cannot be guaranteed.
• Print Area Limitations: The printable area for UV personalization is strictly limited to a maximum dimension of 6 x 6 cm. To ensure print quality on curved surfaces, designs cannot exceed this size or be printed across tapering edges and bottom curves.
• Order Finality: As these items are permanently customized, personalized orders are final and cannot be modified, cancelled, or returned once the order is successfully placed.
• Durability & Warranty: While UV printing provides a high-quality and durable finish, the printed surface is subject to scratching from abrasive materials and regular wear and tear. Fading, chipping, or scratching of the print over time is not covered under the product's thermal insulation warranty. Gentle handwashing is strictly recommended to maintain the design.
• Content Restrictions & Right to Refuse: Text and artwork cannot include unsupported symbols, emojis, indecent, political, or unlawful content, and must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that violates these guidelines or if the provided artwork is of insufficient resolution.
