Eligibility: 
• The Contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above, residing in Malaysia with a 
valid mailing address. 
• Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates, related companies, and their immediate 
family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

How to Participate: 
• Each valid receipt or order entitles participants to one (1) entry in the contest. 
• Participants must submit the online entry form via Thermosmalaysia.com with 
complete and accurate details, including date of purchase, full name, contact 
number, email address, receipt or order ID, and proof of purchase. 
• This contest is open to customers who make eligible and successful purchases 
during the Campaign Period at the following authorized THERMOS Malaysia Official 
channels: 
• THERMOS Malaysia Official Online Store 
• THERMOS Experience Shop @ The Gardens Mall 
• THERMOS Concept Store @ The Spring Mall 
• THERMOS Kiosk @ IOI Puchong Mall 
• Multiple entries are allowed, and spending can be accumulated.

Determination of Winners: 
• A total of four (24) winners will be selected from among the highest eligible 
spenders at the end of the campaign period (referred to as"Winners"). 
• The announcement of Winners will be made on 3rd March 2026 via the THERMOS 
Official Facebook Page, official social media platforms,and a WhatsApp message 
will be sent to the Winners' contact numbers. 
• Please beware of fraudulent accounts impersonating THERMOS MALAYSIA. 
The Organiser is not responsible for any damages or issues arising from interactions 
with third-party websites, portals, or gateways not under the Organiser's control. 
• The Organiser's decision in determining and selecting the Winners is final. No 
appeals, reviews, or disputes will be entertained. 
• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant without prior notice, 
should tampering or irregularities be suspected in their entry.

Prize: 
• Each Winner will receive one (1) unit of the Horse Year Edition Tea Set worth RM388 
(retail value) ("the Prize"). 
• Winners must respond to the official message sent by the Organiser via +6014-312 
6626 by 7th March 2026 ("Prize Redemption Date"). 
• To redeem the Prize, Winners must provide their complete details, including full 
name, contact number, email address, mailing address, and any other information 
requested by the Organiser. 
• The Prize will be delivered via an authorized delivery partner from Thermos Malaysia 
to the mailing address provided by the Winner. The Organiser will not be liable if 
Winners fail to contact the Organiser by the Prize Redemption Date. 
• Winners are fully responsible for any damages or claims arising from the delivery or 
collection of the Prize. 
• All transportation or other costs incurred to participate in the Contest or to receive 
the Prize are the sole responsibility of the participants and Winners. 
• The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or 
any other items. It cannot be resold or offered for resale.
