INGREDIENTS

  • ⅓ cup rice
  • Some boiling water

Plain Rice Congee

Cook time: 90 minutes
Serves: 1

Directions:

  1. Rinse the rice, and drain the water.
  2. Put rice into the vacuumware and pour boiling water until three quarter full. Close the lid and preheat the food jar for 5 seconds and drain the food jar.
  3. Re-pour boiling water to vacuumware until three quarter full and close the lid tightly. congee is ready after thermal cooking for 90 minutes, and you can enjoy your congee.

  • This recipe is suitable for 470ml to 500ml vacuumware. Adjustment to cooking time and ingredients may be required for making this recipe in other vacuumware size.
