Pine Nut Sun-dried Tomato Linguine

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 servings Linguine (uncooked)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 3 Tomato
  • 2 cloves Sundried Tomato In Oil (thinly sliced)
  • a pinch Coriander
  • a handful Pine nuts (or pumpkin seeds)
  • a pinch Sea Salt

Pine Nut Sun-dried Tomato Linguine

  1. In a 500ml Thermos Food Jar, add in boiling water and leave to preheat for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour away the water, add in a pinch of salt, linguine, and pour in boiling water to three quarters full. Leave 15 minutes for heat insulation cooking.
  3. Open the lid after 15 minutes, drain water, and add in sun-dried tomato and garlic. Close the lid immediately and shake well in order to mix thoroughly. Allow heat insulation cooking for 1 hour.
