  • 10g bean curd
  • 50g barley
  • 70g winter melon sugar
  • 6pcs gingko
  • 6pcs lotus seed
  • 3pcs pandan leaves
  • 2.0L hot boiling water

Barley and Bean Curd Dessert With Ginkgo

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Directions:

  1. Pre-soak barley with hot boiling water for 2 hours.
  2. Pre-soak bean curd with hot boiling water for 5 mins. Cut into small pieces.
  3. Pre-heat food jar by pouring in hot boiling water. Close the lid and set it aside for 30 seconds.
  4. Add pre-soaked barley, bean curd, winter melon sugar, ginkgo, lotus seeds, pandan leaves. Pour in hot boiling water 80% full (till inner rim). Close the lid and set it aside for 30 mins.
