- Heat oil in the Essential Casserole Pot then sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant. Add in the shitake mushroom & green pea then add in the oregano and sauté till it’s slightly smooth.
- Then, add the chicken and carrot. Stir it and break up the minced meat until it is almost cook.
- Next, add in the cream and season with some black pepper and salt. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened.
- Once done, remove the chicken mixture from the Essential Casserole Pot into a casserole dish.
- Next, add water into the Essential Casserole Pot and bring to a boil.
- Then, steam the sweet potato in the Steamer Top for 10 minutes or until just tender. Once done, drain it and add the butter, cream, pepper and salt. Mash till smooth.
- Lastly, top the chicken mixture with sweet potato mixture. Ready to be served.
