Sesame Mushroom Rice

INGREDIENTS

  • 15g Shiitake mushroom
  • 10g Dried Shrimp
  • 150g Chicken Shred
  • 3 Cup Rice

Sesame Mushroom Rice

  1. Soak the dried mushrooms and dried shrimps. Wash rice.
  2. Marinate chicken floss for 10 minutes with soy sauce.
  3. Remove the soaked ingredients and placed it in the inner pot, and stir fry.
  4. Add 3 cups of water, sesame oil, chicken floss, soy sauce, pepper and uncooked rice. Use small fire to cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Immediately transfer inner pot to outer pot and heat insulating cooking for 40 minutes.
  6. Remove rice to serve, and add fried shallots to the dish.
