- Soak the dried mushrooms and dried shrimps. Wash rice.
- Marinate chicken floss for 10 minutes with soy sauce.
- Remove the soaked ingredients and placed it in the inner pot, and stir fry.
- Add 3 cups of water, sesame oil, chicken floss, soy sauce, pepper and uncooked rice. Use small fire to cook for 5 minutes.
- Immediately transfer inner pot to outer pot and heat insulating cooking for 40 minutes.
- Remove rice to serve, and add fried shallots to the dish.
