Seafood Paella (Rice)

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Chicken Wings
  • 200g Prawns
  • 150g Clams
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion (cut wedges)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 50g Brown Mushroom
  • 50g Red Capsicum
  • 400g Arborio Rice
  • 300g Tomatoes in can
  • 500ml Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp Tabasco
  • 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • A pinch Saffron or Tumeric
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 10g Parsley for Garnish
  • 1 Lemon (cut into wedges)

Seafood Paella (Rice)

  1. Heat up Thermos shuttle chef inner pot . Add in olive oil and saute onion and garlic till fragrant.
  2. Then add in chicken wings and saute till brown on both sides. Remove the wings.
  3. Next add in tomatoes and and chicken broth and bring to boil.
  4. Add in rice and simmer for 4 minutes.
  5. Add in mushrooms, capsicums and remaining ingredients and stir well.
  6. Arrange chicken wings, prawns and clams onto the rice and cover.
  7. Transfer pot to shuttle chef and let it to continue cook for another hour.
  8. Once done garnish with parsley and lemon wedges and it’s ready to be served.
