- Heat up Thermos shuttle chef inner pot . Add in olive oil and saute onion and garlic till fragrant.
- Then add in chicken wings and saute till brown on both sides. Remove the wings.
- Next add in tomatoes and and chicken broth and bring to boil.
- Add in rice and simmer for 4 minutes.
- Add in mushrooms, capsicums and remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Arrange chicken wings, prawns and clams onto the rice and cover.
- Transfer pot to shuttle chef and let it to continue cook for another hour.
- Once done garnish with parsley and lemon wedges and it’s ready to be served.

Seafood Paella (Rice)
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Chicken Wings
- 200g Prawns
- 150g Clams
- 1 Large Yellow Onion (cut wedges)
- 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 50g Brown Mushroom
- 50g Red Capsicum
- 400g Arborio Rice
- 300g Tomatoes in can
- 500ml Chicken Broth
- 1 tbsp Tabasco
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- A pinch Saffron or Tumeric
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 10g Parsley for Garnish
- 1 Lemon (cut into wedges)
