  • 2 small sweet potatoes, in chunk
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • Water

Directions:

  1. Pour oil into wok, stir-fry sweet potato, add along sugar and water.
  2. Cover the lid, and cook for 10 minutes in low heat.
