- Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat up oil in the Essential Saucepan, pan fry the chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
- Pour in the cream of chicken soup and water into the Essential Casserole Pot and stir until well combined.
- Add in the chicken, pumpkin and mushroom. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add in spinach and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle some oregano on top as garnish and ready to be served.
