One Pan Creamy Chicken with Spinach

Ingredients

  • 3 nos chicken thighs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 150ml water
  • 150g pumpkin
  • 80g white button mushroom (sliced)
  • 80g spinach
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

One Pan Creamy Chicken with Spinach

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat up oil in the Essential Saucepan, pan fry the chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Pour in the cream of chicken soup and water into the Essential Casserole Pot and stir until well combined.
  4. Add in the chicken, pumpkin and mushroom. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add in spinach and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle some oregano on top as garnish and ready to be served.
