Miso Salmon with Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp miso paste + 1 tbsp water
  • 200g broccoli
  • 7 tbsp oil
  • 30g garlic, minced
  • 2 cups japanese rice, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • fried egg
  • spring onion (sliced)

Miso Salmon with Garlic Fried Rice

  1. Marinate the salmon fillet with miso paste and set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Pour some water into the Dolphin Wok and heat it up. Add in broccoli and let to steam for 3 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Next using the same Dolphin Wok, add 3 tbsp of oil and stir fry garlic till fragrant. Add in rice and season with salt to taste.
  4. Then, heat up the Dolphin Wok with 2 tbsp of oil and fry an egg.
  5. Once done, clean the Dolphin Wok and heat it up with 2 tbsp of oil and pan fry the salmon fillet skin side down for 3 minutes on both sides. Remove from wok.
  6. Assemble the garlic fried rice, fried egg, vegetables and salmon on a plate.
  7. Garnish with spring onion.
