- Marinate the salmon fillet with miso paste and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Pour some water into the Dolphin Wok and heat it up. Add in broccoli and let to steam for 3 minutes. Set aside.
- Next using the same Dolphin Wok, add 3 tbsp of oil and stir fry garlic till fragrant. Add in rice and season with salt to taste.
- Then, heat up the Dolphin Wok with 2 tbsp of oil and fry an egg.
- Once done, clean the Dolphin Wok and heat it up with 2 tbsp of oil and pan fry the salmon fillet skin side down for 3 minutes on both sides. Remove from wok.
- Assemble the garlic fried rice, fried egg, vegetables and salmon on a plate.
- Garnish with spring onion.
