- Place oil into Dolphin Wok and heat it over medium heat. Add in garlic and stir fry the shrimp for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn into pink. Stir in the honey and mix well. Set aside.
- Melt butter in a same wok over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat, and stir in the soy sauce. Set aside.
- Blanch the broccoli and french beans. Set aside.
- To assemble the poke bowl, add your choice of vegetables/salad and finally the delicious honey and garlic prawns. Ready to be served.
