Honey Garlic Shrimp Poke Bowl

Ingredients

  • Prawn:
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 15g garlic, minced
  • 9 pcs shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Mushroom:
  • 10g butter
  • 50g shimeji mushroom
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 35g broccoli, florets
  • 40g french bean, blanched
  • 45g capsicum, diced
  • 60g lettuce
  • 40g yellow cherry tomatoes
  • Garnish:
  • white sesame
  • black sesame

Honey Garlic Shrimp Poke Bowl

  1. Place oil into Dolphin Wok and heat it over medium heat. Add in garlic and stir fry the shrimp for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn into pink. Stir in the honey and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a same wok over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat, and stir in the soy sauce. Set aside.
  3. Blanch the broccoli and french beans. Set aside.
  4. To assemble the poke bowl, add your choice of vegetables/salad and finally the delicious honey and garlic prawns. Ready to be served.
