Directions:
- Pre-marinated the beef with some pepper and salt
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat in a Thermos cookware
- Brown meat on all sides about 5 minutes or until golden brown on the outside
- Remove the beef chuck and put it aside, but leave the grease in the pot
- Add the celery, carrots, onion and fry with tomato paste and beef stock
- Return the meat and any accumulated juices in the bowl to the pot
- Add garlic, basil leaves and spring thyme
- Close the lid and simmer about few minutes
- Pour it into Thermos Food Jar and can be served anytime.
