Hearty Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbs Beef Chuck
  • 1 cup Beef Stock
  • 1/2 head Onion
  • 1/2 large Carrot
  • 1/2 stalk Celery
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Paste
  • 1 sprig Thyme
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • Some Basil Leaves

Hearty Beef Stew

Directions:
  1. Pre-marinated the beef with some pepper and salt
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat in a Thermos cookware
  3. Brown meat on all sides about 5 minutes or until golden brown on the outside
  4. Remove the beef chuck and put it aside, but leave the grease in the pot
  5. Add the celery, carrots, onion and fry with tomato paste and beef stock
  6. Return the meat and any accumulated juices in the bowl to the pot
  7. Add garlic, basil leaves and spring thyme
  8. Close the lid and simmer about few minutes
  9. Pour it into Thermos Food Jar and can be served anytime.
