Directions:
- Cut the peeled pumpkin into small cube; wash the shrimp and pull out the thin gray vein.
- Heat over the oil in the wok, and add pumpkin. Add 2 cup of water, salt. Turn to low heat and boil until pumpkin is soft. Add shrimp and stir-fry until cooked, and then add rice vermicelli. Cook until the sauce is drying up and ready to serve.
