- Pour a little oil into a saucepan and fry turkey ham over medium heat until slightly golden. Set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter, add the onion and cook about 2 minutes until transparent.
- Add broccoli and cook while stirring occasionally for about 3 minutes.
- Add in garlic and stir it with the broccoli for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Pour in the cream, reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 2 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Add the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water), salt, pepper and stir to combine. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add the turkey ham and stir to combine all of the flavours together.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bring heat up until cheese is bubbling and broccoli is done to your liking (about 2-3 minutes).
- Season with a little extra pepper and sprinkle fresh chopped thyme before serving.

- 250g turkey ham (roughly chopped)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion (diced)
- 5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 400ml light cream
- 1½ tsp cornstarch
- 500g broccoli florets, stems removed
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to season
- 65g grated mozzarella
- 43g grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh thyme (chopped)
