Directions:
- Add granulated sugar to 35 – 45 degrees warm water to dissolve. Then, add baking powder and set aside for about 5 to 10 minutes. After that, slowly adding the flour into the mixture, put in a container and place in a warm place to let it rise to two or three times in size, it will take about 2-5 hours.
- Add flour to the dough and knead it to a smooth and not sticky texture. Then, flatten the dough to wrap in some raisins and sprinkle with some sugar. Seal the edge and flatten it again.
- Preheat the wok with medium heat for about 40 seconds. Turn to small heat and put the dough to bake for about 10 minutes. Turn around and bake for another 6 minutes until golden brown.

Tips:
When adding granulated sugar and baking powder to dissolve in warm water, remember not to shake the container and set aside for 5-10 minutes. This will improve the taste.
