Directions:
- Put the drumstick into the hot boil water and wait for the meat tender
- Then take the chicken out and place it into a bowl of cool water and shredded it
- Pour the rice into the pot and add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil
- Add shredded chicken, potatoes, ginger, carrots, pepper, and sesame oil
- Cook about 8 minutes or until boiling and wait for the water to reduce
- Remove the ginger slice from the congee once ready
- Pour the congee into Thermos Food Jar and slow cook 1-2 hours, and serve.
