INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoons dried lavender buds
  • 1 teaspoons chamomile flowers
  • 6 Mint Leaves (coarsely chopped)
  • 450ml water

Lavender Chamomile Tea

  1. Put the lavender, mint leaves and chamomile into TCMF-501 mug.
  2. Pour over 200ml boiling water to the mug and let steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Add 250ml warm water to the mug and serve.
