Tofu, Luffa & Dried Scallop Soup

Ingredients

  • 30g luffa, peeled and sliced
  • 1 dried scallop, soaked and drained
  • 40g tofu, diced
  • 3g anchovies
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat food jar by filling it with boiling water, close the lid tightly and shake gently. Then let sit for 10 minutes before pouring out the water.
  2. Place luffa, anchovies and dried scallop in the food jar. Fill with boiling water until the ingredients are fully submerged. Cover the lid and shake gently. Let sit for a minute and drain.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and fill the food jar with boiling water until it’s 80% full. Stir well, cover the lid and shake gently. Leave 1 hour for heat insulation cooking before serving.
