Tofu, Luffa & Dried Scallop Soup
Ingredients
- 30g luffa, peeled and sliced
- 1 dried scallop, soaked and drained
- 40g tofu, diced
- 3g anchovies
- Salt to taste

- Preheat food jar by filling it with boiling water, close the lid tightly and shake gently. Then let sit for 10 minutes before pouring out the water.
- Place luffa, anchovies and dried scallop in the food jar. Fill with boiling water until the ingredients are fully submerged. Cover the lid and shake gently. Let sit for a minute and drain.
- Add the remaining ingredients and fill the food jar with boiling water until it’s 80% full. Stir well, cover the lid and shake gently. Leave 1 hour for heat insulation cooking before serving.
