Rose, Roselle & Apple Tea
Ingredients
- 5g roselle
- 2 dried rose buds
- 2 slices of apple
- 500ml water

Directions
- Place the apple slices, roselle and rose buds into a flask.
- Pour 200ml boiling water to the flask, parboil the ingredients for 3 seconds and drain the water.
- Pour over 300ml boiling water to the flask and let steep for 10 minutes then serve!
