Rose, Roselle & Apple Tea

Ingredients

  • 5g roselle
  • 2 dried rose buds
  • 2 slices of apple
  • 500ml water

Directions

  1. Place the apple slices, roselle and rose buds into a flask.
  2. Pour 200ml boiling water to the flask, parboil the ingredients for 3 seconds and drain the water.
  3. Pour over 300ml boiling water to the flask and let steep for 10 minutes then serve!
