Ginger Cane Sugar Sweet Potato Soup
- 200g Sweet Potato (Cut into 3cm thick)
- 3 slices Ginger
- 40g Cane Sugar
- In a 500ml Thermos Food Jar, add in boiling water and sweet potatoes, and leave it to preheat for 10 minutes. Drain the water.
- Add boiling water to the food jar to three quarters full. Add in ginger and cane sugar, close the lid, shake well, and allow heat insulation cooking for 2-3 hours.
