Ginger Cane Sugar Sweet Potato Soup

  • 200g Sweet Potato (Cut into 3cm thick)
  • 3 slices Ginger
  • 40g Cane Sugar


  1. In a 500ml Thermos Food Jar, add in boiling water and sweet potatoes, and leave it to preheat for 10 minutes. Drain the water.
  2. Add boiling water to the food jar to three quarters full. Add in ginger and cane sugar, close the lid, shake well, and allow heat insulation cooking for 2-3 hours.
