Chicken with Pea

Ingredients

  • 150g chicken breast
  • 6 spring onion, 1 inch strip
  • 75g peas
  • Oil
  • 1 tablespoon egg white
  • ½ tablespoon water
  • ½ tablespoon potato starch
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Directions:
  1. Wash chicken breast and cut into strips; Marinate chicken breast with egg white, potato starch, water, and salt; wash pea and set aside.
  2. In a wok, pour oil and then heat over with medium high heat until 120 degree, add in chicken strip and then stir until cooked, set aside.
  3. In another wok, pour oil and then heat over with medium high heat, add spring onion to brown, add along with peas and 3 tablespoon water and stir well. Next, add chicken and salt.
