- In a 500ml Thermos Food Jar, add in boiling water and leave to preheat for 10 minutes. Pour away the water.
- Add olive oil to frying pan and heat over medium high heat. Then add in garlic, cook until fragrant, and add in dehydrated prawn and dehydrated squid, Stir fry for 2 minutes then add in pumpkin, rice, concentrated soup stock and water, and continue cooking until all the liquid has evaporated.
- Add in the pumpkin rice to the food jar, and pour in boiling water to three quarters full. Allow heat insulation cooking for 1 hour.

Pumpkin Prawn Rice Porridge
