Directions:
- Rinse the rice, and drain the water.
- Put rice into the vacuumware and pour boiling water until three quarter full. Close the lid and preheat the food jar for 5 seconds and drain the food jar.
- Re-pour boiling water to vacuumware until three quarter full and close the lid tightly. congee is ready after thermal cooking for 90 minutes, and you can enjoy your congee.
