- In a 500ml Thermos Food Jar, add in boiling water and sago, close lid and shake well, and leave it to preheat for 10 minutes. Drain the water. Repeat step one, and allow heat insulation cooking for 1 hour.
- Blend ¾ of the mango, mango ice-cream and soy milk in a blender, and let chill in the refrigerator.
- Drain sago, rinse with water to remove excessive starch. Pour sago into mango juice, mix well, and chill in refrigerator.
- Meanwhile, add a cup of ice into the food jar. Remove the ice after 30 minutes.Return Mango Sago Dessert into food jar to keep dessert cool.

- 2 tablespoons Sago (Steep in water for 10 minutes)
- 1 Mango (Peeled and cut into 1cm cubes)
- 2 scoops Mango Ice-cream
- 1 cup Soy Milk
- 1 cup Ice
