Directions:
- Take out the organic eggs from refrigerator and bring them to room temperature.
- Tilt the vacuumware and place the eggs, slowly move the vacuumware back to vertical position. Add boiling water to vacuumware until three quarter full, preheat the vacuumware for 30 seconds and drain the water.
- Fill in boiling water to vacuumware unto three quarter full again and then close the lid tightly. Steep for 20 minutes.
- Take out the eggs and immerse in cold water, peel the eggs once they are cooled.

- Salt to your taste.
- This recipe is suitable for 470ml to 500ml vacuumware. Adjustment to cooking time and ingredients may be required for making this recipe in other vacuumware size.
