- Mix chicken mince, spring onion and soy sauce in a bowl, mix well and make into 4 meatballs.
- In a 500ml Thermos Food Jar, add in boiling water and leave it to preheat for 10 minutes. Pour away the water after 10 minutes.
- Bring the soy milk and concentrated soup base to boil. Pour into food jar, and add in cherry tomatoes, leek and meatballs. Close the lid, and turn food jar upside down a few times to mix well.
- Allow heat insulation cooking for 2 hours.
