- In a 500ml THERMOS Food Jar, add in boiling water and chicken, leave to preheat for 5 minutes. Pour away the water and put chicken aside on a plate.
- Add in boiling water and bamboo shoot and leave to heat for 10 minutes. Pour away the water, add in chicken, mushroom, ginger, spring onion and garlic, and pour in boiling water. Close lid and allow heat insulation cooking for 3-4 hours.

Bamboo Shoot Chicken Soup
